Will a VPS Server be ok for a wow private server?

Heya Guys, I want to make a wow private which can hold atleast 60-100 people, or even higher

I dont want to host in on my connection but i am searching for a nice cheap dedicated server, but i found something called a Virtual Private Server.

I Will be able to host a wow private server on it.

Heres the Specs:


Intel Dual Xeon or Quad processor
128MB RAM
Hardrive capicity 10,000MB / 10GB
10Mbit Network port
Windows XP/2003 Operating system.

Do you think this will be ok for a wow private server? i dont want to hold hundreds and thousands of people i just want to get one up and running and get some people on it, and maybe go big towards the furture and get a better one.

Please post your ideas.

Create a VPN (Virtual Private Network) and let people connect through it.

Will i be able to create a Virtual Private Network, on the Virtual private server? or are they 2 totaly different things.?
