Quick question about TBC Trial

Allright guys, I'm one of these cool 60 twinks, as you may know a lot of people use their TBC trial once they ding 60, gather some gear from outlands and just socket it (This is for retards tbh). So anyways, once my Warrior got to 60 i quickly skilled up first aid to 300, but Heavy Runecloth Banage really isnt good enough, so, i was stupid...

I activated my TBC trial, ran to Outlands, upgraded my First Aid and farmed some cloth once I were there...

But anyways, my warrior is now Exalted with Cenarion Circle, and I would love to Get Exalted with Cenarion Expedition for my title.

But here is my problem, I can't activate the trial yet, i know that its not a "once in a lifetime"-thingy, I know people have used it many times on the same account.

What is the cooldown on the trial? Is it 3 months, 6 months or something else?

According to that, every 3 months. If you read down, some people said so.
