My friend has a two level 80 on his account. One of them he doesn't play with him at all. I left wow an year ago when Blizzard banned me coz I was using WoW Mimic. Now I wanna play again and don't get banned. I'm going to create an account for my self with my friend first and last but I'm not sure about his address should this matter? I'll pay for the character transfer and the game on the other account with my credit card. Will this matter for blizzard ? I'm scared that they'll try to merge the accounts. I already have been banned once, I don't wanna lose $ 100 bucks again. thx for the help.

The adress won't matter, your friend might just be moving, right? Though I can't say I'm sure as if he still play on his account they can see it's being played at two different places.
I.e. account selling, but it should not matter at all, especially not as alot of people sell accounts worldwide without being banned.
Oh, I transfered my warlock to my friends account, nothing happend to either of us.
What matter truly is the last name, if that dosen't match his last name, you can't transfer.

Address don't really matter, as long as the name is the same it's fine. They won't ban you for coming back, even if you did bot. They WANT you to come back lol. As long as the name is the same you don't have to worry.

Yeah, just last name matters, adress is usually only asked by blizz staff on phonecalls sometimes
