There are elite guides and elite exploits, is that different the the guides and exploits section you unlock when you donate? or is it the same as the contributor elite wow guides?

You get elite exploits and guides. Contributer section is completely different.

You should be able to access the Shared Lounge as a donator though I believe.
And yes you do get access to the Elite wow guides section and exploits section.
