Final Warning, need some help

So my account has a final warning, so I will be buying a new account and transfering my characters over. a couple questions.

1. I looked through some threads, but the answers varied. If I transfer a final warning character, to this new account, will it carry over?

2. The second account will be merged to the same B.net as the 1st account. If it gets 1 offense, will it be perma banned?, will all my accounts be banned? (primarily the new one)

3. My first account is banned from posting on the forums...
will my new account(merged to the same B.net account) be able to post on the forums?

1: I cannot give a definite answer, but I would think no. It's just a char. The previous account itself should be tainted and not the actual character itself, so your 'new' account should be safe.

2: Blizz never bans/warns/whatevers entire battle.net accounts. If your WoW account has infractions on it, they will stay on that account only, regardless of coming from another b.net account, or being a fresh convert.

3: Should be able to. You should consider WoW accounts unlinked with any other considering account actions, even if in the same B.net account.

1. Will probably carry over but not on the Battle.net. It will just stay on the WoW account and not affect any other accounts on your b.net account.

2. Only the account you break the rules on will be banned, not the whole account.

Here is my story my account was permanently close down for almost 12 days for power leveling. I had the four level 80 character on that account, after mailing over ten times to account administration still could not get back my account back it remains banned.
So I decide to email AAsupervisor after couple of day's later I receive reply back from them saying we are sorry about your account name-xxxxx- will be remain permanently close down but we can make one exception in your case.

We will transfer one character from that banned account to new wow fresh account we will provide for you but your old account will be permanently remain banned forever, nothing else will be transferable from that banned account besides one character with 2,000k gold in it and the new account will have severe Final warning status. If you break any sort of rules again your account will be banned again.
so I've been playing on the new account blizzard provide me with one character that was transfer over, but I am really worry about if I do break minor rule in the game my account will close down again in future I am going to lose this character in the account.
so if decide to buy new fresh wow account and transfer this character to new account is final warning status going to carry over to the new account i bought? or have some any sort of history? because blizzard already gave me fresh account and transfer one character from banned account since this is little different situation. what you guy think?

I'd say that if they told you the "Final warning" would carry over to this account, then yes.

I also wouldn't try messing with them in that situation. Sounds like someone is going out on a limb to be nice to you, if I was that person I wouldn't be happy if that were taken advantage of to try and cheat the conditions of the agreement.

Meh, legally, by their ToS and EULA, you can get one account a final warning, and transfer all your characters to a new account and not have to worry about it. But, with the new battle.net linking of WoW account, I would be cautious about transferring over to a new account to continue breaking the same rules shortly after receiving your warning.

In essence, if you're worried they may bust you on something minor, but then that would ban you (because of the final warning), I might recommend it. Otherwise, if you know this is because of something serious that you aren't doing anymore, don't worry about it.
