Anyone play on 2bitgaming(universalgamin) server

PLEASE I NEED HELP

I was playing on 2bitgaming server and i got banned ,i do not know the reason ,last thing i was in Ulduar. i am lazy to start from level 1.
So what i am asking is , because internet site is not working to create new account and i can not make another account , is there anyone playing there so could ask a gm or open ticket and ask why is Vatralaus account banned and on any way try it get back.

I can not remember my guild site and this is only thing i think of ,maybe is stupid to ask but here it is.
