Teleport hacking herbers in storm peaks?

Has anyone else seen people falling through the ground and then disappearing and herbing in places like storm peaks? I have seen 2 80s and a few 70-79 in the last few days doing this naked. It's funny to message them after because none of them ever respond and then I run into them later...

I think I can only see them because I have name plates on?

but yeah; just curious if anyone else has seen this.

They might just be using a fly hack and flying under the ground, I've seen this a LOT with mining nodes in Winter grasp. It must be pretty funny when two fly-hacking people under the ground see each other. Reminds me when I was botting fishing and I was standing right next to a Horde undead who was also botting.
