Original Account owner might recall account

Two years ago I bought a account and played it through out BC. When they introduced Battle.net merger accounts I merged the Original account with an account that I made with My name and all my information. I then continued to transfer all the characters from the Original account to the account under my name via battle.net. Recently I've been suspecting the OO might try to recall the account back. I'm wondering what blizzard would do

would they unmerge the wow accounts and hand him his original account with 0 characters on it

or would they simply hand over the battle net account to him with both accounts

or just ban the account

he can't legitimately say that his account was hacked 2 years ago and he wants it back now.

if anything, theyll just ban the account with the characters, they wont bother with anything else

all he has to do is call, say he quit playing wow years back and now wants to try out the new xpack. they will ask his info and reset the account in his email and send him a new pass.

if the account has been merged and toons xfered, he would have to call back. deal with the account admin. prove he is who he says by faxing in ID and hope they fix it all for him.

if he does do all this. you should call the account admin. tell them you bought the account and he stole it back. they will ask for some info and might perma ban it. atleast he wont get it back lol.

Since it seems you and the original account owner share a friend, the best way to solve the problem would be actually trying to contact him trought the named friend.
Just talk to him clearly and politely and explain him the following:
If he tryes to recall the account you can send blizzard details about the account trade (including hopefully billing details of the last 2 years), resulting in a ban for the account and no gain for him.
Since he cannot get the account back in any way (or, more accurately, he can get it back with a perma-ban on), he has no reason to even try it except to being a jerk.

If he is remotely reasonable he should desist.

If he REALLY wants the account back, the only thing you can do to stop him from getting it is to get the account banned.

Account selling/buying is technically not allowed under the WoW ToS, just to make you aware of that fact.
