AFAIK, Arena Master isn't an official WoW title - I'd say this is a private server.

I've seen one other guild like this before and it was on retail back in the day, I can't find a picture but it had the bunny of doom in it and was freaking awesome. I don't know if they are still out there and I would have no idea on how to replicate what they did.

I think to do this you'd have to go into the SQL emulator file, and take out the character limit of guild names. A GM might also be able to make it, too. GMs get a command to create guilds, and might bypass the restrictions of regular names. Overall, even on private servers, you probably aren't going to be able to make a guild like that unless some tweaking was done, or MAYBE if you were a GM.
