Question Regarding Account transfer/sales

Hey all, i am in need of some help.

I am looking to transfer a toon to a seperate account, and trade/sell the rest of my characters on that account. I am then going to swap the transfered toon to a different server.

How would i go about doing this? What is the safest/fastest/easiest way etc?

Other questions i have are:
Does account to account cost?
Can you xfer to account, new server/race at the same time?

A character transfers cost unless it is a free character transfer (due to large server population)

Character transfers do not include character recustomization

You can't do xfers and race/recustomization changes at the same time but you can do it right after the other is done. The cooldown for race/recustom changes do not share the same cooldown with xfers.
