AFKing in AV help please? :)

Hey, I had no idea where to post this, and I checked the Bots & Programs section, but any help would be strongly appreciated and I will rep you for you help.

I was wondering if someone could tell me exactly how to AFK-bot in AV with a lesser chance of being banned compared to something say, like an autojumper.

Can someone please explain in detail what to do?

There was a post somewhere around here using the G15 keyboard to run macros that auto joined a BG, /followed a friendly and mounted up. Beauty of the G15 is that it auto presses those macros.
