Help - Modifying and Creating Cities

Hey guys!

I was just wondering if anyone could point me into the direction of a guide or website that teaches you how to create and edit custom terrain, create those objects that are not spawnable, like keeps, cathedrals, and the likes, and to edit currently existing land and buildings, like Stromgarde (I.E. deleting the destroyed buildings, replacing them with whole buildings)

Before you try to dominate me, read on
1) I have seen this before, but did not have the same handle on private servers like I do now. Also, I can't find the information
2) Yes, I know this will require players on my server to have a patch. I want that
3) I am running Arcemu 3.1.3
