Recalling account

Heya

So basically I've been out traveling for 5 months now and I just realized that my account was hacked 4 months ago. The person who is in control of my account now apparently levelled most of my toons up to level 80 and got epic gear and stuff(yay).
Now I want to recall it but since I don't have the current email I don't know if it's possible. I would like to recall it so I can keep everything the scammer have gotten. I have all information except the current email.

If you have the login name do as follows.

0) Go to gmail and make a new email address with a username you have never used.
1) Call blizzard at 1-800-59-blizz
2) wait on hold for a long time.
3) Tell them you forgot your password to both your email and your wow account.
4) Verify your secret question and answer.
5) Have them transfer your email address on the account to your new made gmail account
6) Ensure your new password to both your email and your wow account are now passwords you have never used.
7) Go to battle.net and merge your reclaimed wow account and new email address with a new battle.net account.
get a Blizzard authenticator key.
9) Sit Back, and Profit.
