WoW website

Hello guys (i hope this is the right section) i need a good WoW website for my guild. I've found a Joomla website but some months ago i always found in the forum this :

But i have some problems.
I know this is a Serer Website not a Guild Website but i can change something for make it as a guild website
When i open it with Dreamweaver, the index and the other page are in .php so i tried to click on Design but it didn't give me the real show of the site so can anyone help me?I wanna change my site without using .php, i want modofiy it with a Design mode.

I'm not good in english so excuse me for this rob post.
