    [Program]Rogue Gear Comparison Tool

    This (in my opinion) doesn't really deserve to go in the program section, but I wrote it myself. It takes the stats from two items (Relevent to rogue DPS)and puts them on a weight scale and then tells you how much AP each is worth, and which is better and by how much.
