[Graphic Bug] Rain of Fire + Blizzard

Hey guys, im using World of Warcraft patch 3.0.9 on a private server.
Lets get started with the graphic bug, lately i have noticed that rain of fire and blizzard have somewhat bugged, probably something got erased or i dunno but it is weird. Instead of seeing the flame graphic and the rune circle i see a big blue and white box, even though i see the fire'sh balls and the ice shards but i see nothing else just the blue and white box.

If anyone can help me fix this then i will be ever grateful.
Or you can make a patch.mpq with the RoF & Blizzard graphic in which will fix it ingame.

I might be an issue with the bug on either the server or your end. Like, in the spell settings or whatever. i don't know too much about private servers, but i know on retail there is alot of issues with Blizzard not working correctly and showing a rune circle. Dunno bout rain of fire, but ill find out soon.

it is client side i believe, i have tried it on other servers.

It's either a bug with your server or you're missing some spell graphic M2 thingy.

I believe this could be true(the graphic m2 thing), apparently some patch merged with one of the custom patch-Z.mpq's as i was updating and since the updater bugged and didnt finish it, i guess it must of broke it.
