Help! Where'd my shit go?

I was doing the TCG-scam, and when I got the gold, I spent it on Glacial bags.
I then sent the bags to a trial account.

An hour after I sent the mail, my addons says I got the stuff, but there is nothing in the mail.

What happened?
There was also like 500g in the mail.

I deleted the character that sent the Bags.

If I remember correctly you can gain access to the mail on a trial account with a little gm help.

Open a ticket (does not really matter what is is about)
Log out before a GM can respond to you ticket
Log in and you should have an ingame mail from the GM
You now can use the mail

This used to work in the past, I have not tested it in months and do not know if this still works though.....
