Legit way to sell account (Never get a chargeback)

Hey, I found a new way of selling your account without riskign a chargeback on PayPal. Just tell the buyer of your account that you wish to do a private sale on eBay for the account, set up an auction for a tangible item (WoW Game + Free Account) with a Buy it Now for the amount. Buyer buys item with Paypal, you ship it out with requesting signature. Win.

Why does it have to be done on eBay? The same works just using paypal.

eBay = proof of address and shipment = harder to do chargeback.

Still not foolproof, if the buyer paid with a CC, they can do chargeback and PP will still come after you for refund.
