Help!!! comp breack down

Help!!! my comouters on a breakdown my computer just installed this spyware called spy locked 4.0 and when i open task manager it comes up with these processes called iesmin.exe help please my comps so slow as well and im dual core and iv got trend mirco pcillen 06 HELP PLEASE nervous:

Quick , throw the comp out of the window before it explodes !!!

Seriously though , look up on google for NOD32 and AVG Anti virus <--- both are excelent and will get rid of your problem (AVG is free so its probably the best for the job) .
Btw , if somebody even mentions the words norton antivirus and good in the same post i will bring out the AK47 and start shooting .
