Specs for a decent wow-playing pc? ( desktop ofc )

So it's time to get a new pc to solely play world of warcraft on. I don't really play any other mmorpg or anything, i am set in my ways.
Basically i want to know what specs a computer would have to play wow perfectly. Preferably something that is going to handle everything, from epically failing at pvp to owning in pve. I want to know if anyone plays wow perfectly on their systems spec and what it is. It means i can set a target of what to look for. I have a budget of £400-500 ( depending on how much i can hug my mum in the next month ).
    Thanks in advance guys,
    Kieran.

Purely for wow. I will be videoing my gameplay at somepoints, possible video editing. That's it. Nothing else. I use my laptop for anything else which for me atm is schoolwork.

I guess you should get a decent motherboard for overclocking and then get a cheap quad core cpu ( i recomend Intel). And a GeForce 9800GT maybe?
If your running XP = get 2 GB of Memory. If your running vista = Get 64bit and 4Gb

    Any reccomendations for motherboards?
Thanks for the feedback so far, <33

Also, what about 64-bit and 8gb? Or is anything more than 4 useless?

Think you might be kinda pressed to find what you are looking for for the amount of money you want to spend. Although I guess it's at least a couple hundred more with the conversion to USD.

Yay, my geekyness comes handy today! This is PURELY on your budget.

*NOTE* I USED AN AMERICAN WEBSITE. YOU MUST FIND A GOOD EU WEBSITE FOR YOUR COMPUTER PARTS. ASSUMING YOU WANT TO BUILD ITYOURSELF.

First off, You need just 3GB of ram for WoW to run it smoothly. Which is 32Bit.
-If you want to pimp it up, I would go as far as 5GB 64bit. But, since your on a 400-500 budget..no.

Processor: A budget processor is AMD. They are cheaper, and your just playing WoW.

    I would get something like the AMD Phenom X4 9550 @ 2.2Ghz.
    AMD Phenom 9500 Processor HD9500WCGDBOX - 2.20GHz, 4 x 512KB Cache, 1800MHz (3600 MTs) FSB, Agena, Quad-Core, Retail, Socket AM2+, Processor with Fan at TigerDirect.com

    89 USD

Mother Board - You need something to go along with that AMD..so you need an AMD Mobo.
Asus M3A78-CM Motherboard - AMD780V, Socket AM2AM2+, MicroATX, Audio, Video, Hybrix CrossFire, DVI, DP, VGA, Gigabit LAN, USB 2.0, Serial ATA, RAID at TigerDirect.com

    79 USD

So now you have your Mobo...You need...Your Graphics cardddd!

Honestly, this is entirely up to you and your budget. I would go for:
BFG GeForce 9600 GT OC Video Card - 512MB GDDR3, PCI Express 2.0, (2) Dual Link DVI, HDTV BFGE96512GTOCBE at TigerDirect.com
    69 USD

Visiontek Radeon HD 3650 OC Video Card - 1GB GDDR2, PCI Express 2.0, CrossFireX Ready, (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV, HDMI Support 900225 at TigerDirect.com
    49USD

BFG GeForce GTS 250 OC Video Card - 512MB GDDR3, PCI Express 2.0, (2) Dual Link DVI, SLI Ready BFGEGTS250512OCE at TigerDirect.com
    124USD* After Rebate

BFG GeForce GTS 250 OC Video Card - 1024MB GDDR3, PCI Express 2.0, Dual Link DVI, HDMI, VGA, SLI Ready BFGEGTS2501024OCBE at TigerDirect.com
    149USD After Rebate.

Personally, I would look for everything first, then see how much you have left for your graphics card.

Assuming you don't need an HDD, we can toss that to the side. If you are going to use the same HDD. You need to reformat it (Reinstall windows basically) before using your computer. Because the mobo isn't compatable with the current drivers.

Now, you need something to top off all the good stuff...A CASE!

Apevia BlackBlack X-Plorer ATX Mid-Tower Case with Clear Side, Fan Controller, Front USB and Firewire Port ATXB8KLW-BK at TigerDirect.com

    69USD.

Looks is everything. Looks nice. Blue LED.

    Anything else?

Well, just pick out what you want. Have your handy dandy calculator.

Just a note, make sure you know what you are doing.

Also you might need some thermal paste/grease. I use the Arcrtic Silver (5).
If you want to upgrade your stock CPU fan (That comes with your CPU) try finding one for AM/AM2+.

Budget matters. You could build a decent 500 computer. Sorry I can't find EU websites.

EDIT: I tottally forgot the PSU! Power Supply Unit! Oops.

Reference this. This may give you more ideas. You can drop 100$ for vista 32 OEM (Pirate it ;p)
