    The 'Government' refuses to bail-out the banks.. ;)

    Well here I tried to get our guild bank bailed out of the financial crisis by ticketing a GM, unfortunatly they refused to bail us out..

    I always thougth making a useless ticket ( no offence ) whas bannable.

    I dont think they should be able to ban you for making useless tickets.

    For example, if I rang Sky Television and said can I get my bill reduced to nothing, they arent going to kick me off the network are they?

    Its a useless phone call, same principle as the GM tickets in WoW.

    It means help the banks by giving them money because they are close to failing.

    In the united states currently our economy is shitty, so alot of companies are getting "bailed out" by the US Government with billions of dollars, hence the joke.
