Calling Billing to get access to old account

I've got an old account that I bought from some guy and I'm trying to get back into it. I had a text file that I've since lost(UGH) that had his email, name, address, etc.

These days I've still got one of my old emails that has the cdkey, name, account name, and secret answer. Any idea if that's going to be enough to get the password reset? I don't have his original email, address, or phone number.

If not, what are they going to ask for when I call in?

all you need is name, account name, CD or SQ

I tried calling them too. I had username, sq/a, full name, and a old e-mail. They just told me to fill out a web-form -.-

yea its quite smooth nowadays.. i remember at wow classic time when they told me to mail a pic of my passport, lol! took a while for them to return my account.
