but has anyone actualy been banned for reskinning items? like i just reskinned a titansteel destroyer and i don't see how that is a banable offence

Dont think its bannable. Do other players see you using it ?? then its maybe some little risk they report u but dunno

Model Editing in general is a bannable offense.

there is a conflict of whether or not it is though.

there are some GM's that say it is not bannable as long as you dont have advantages over another player but others say its bannable no matter waht.

yea i think it has to do with the fact that it can corrupt files within the game or something like that. thats the only reason i could see for it being bannable because a simple reskin such as in css doesnt give you an advantage just looks cooler.

Look at it this way, as long as you don't go bragging that you have an uber epicamazingomagawd weapon of death when you have a skinning knife, I doubt you'd be reported. There is no way for people to report you.
