How do i find working proxy's ?

Hello MMowned.

I have uploaded a movie on a website where you win a mobil every week, last year i did this aswell, and won becourse of friends and famely helped vote for my video.

You can only vote on the same video once per computer, so i have heard if you then change to a proxy in your internet browser. your actuelly able to vote again.

first question: Is it true you can "Change" computer by loading another IP addres to your computer so i can vote again ?


second question: If first one is true, how can i find working proxys ? i had a biiig pack, and they where broke, they didnt worked :S i would like someone to help me where to get those proxy's, and maybe send me a working pack if possible!
