Banned, But need help interpreting this Blizzard message

    Greetings,

An investigation of your World of Warcraft account has found strong evidence
that the account has been accessed by someone who is not allowed to use it. We
have removed the account action, restored access and reset the password to the
    World of Warcraft account AALLEE1234.

Please consider that if an unauthorized third-party has accessed your account,
they may also have access to the registered email address associated with the
account. In order to protect your personal information, we recommend that you:

-Change the password of your current email address to ensure that you are the
    only one accessing it or
-Create a new email address to associate with your existing World of Warcraft
    account.

We encourage you to keep the following security tips in mind when playing World
    of Warcraft on any computer:

    - Use up-to-date Firewall, Antivirus, and Anti-Spyware programs if possible and
scan the system regularly for malicious software.
    - Keep current with the latest operating system and other software updates and
be careful when downloading new software.
    - Be wary of "spoof" websites and e-mails that request account or personal
    information.
    - Use separate, unique passwords for your email, World of Warcraft and any other
    online accounts.
    - Change your passwords regularly and keep your World of Warcraft account
information updated using the Account Management page at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/.

For additional security tips and information, please visit the following sites:

    - Account Security: Blizzard Support
    - Unauthorized Account Access Policy: Blizzard Support
    - World of Warcraft Account Security: Blizzard Support

It may take up to one hour for our system to generate and send the temporary
password and we suggest checking your Spam, Junk and/or Suspect Mail folders for
    the message.

If you are still unable to locate the email containing your new password, please
contact us using this form: Blizzard Support.

Additionally, we now offer the Blizzard Authenticator, an optional device that
can help prevent account security issues. For more information concerning
eligibility and on how to add this additional layer of security to your account,
please visit the Blizzard Authenticator FAQ at Blizzard Support.

The Account Administration department is not responsible for the restoration of
missing goods due to a compromise and we are unable to provide updates on the
status of a compromise investigation. If you notice anything missing from your
account, submit an in-game petition and a Game Master will contact you as soon
as possible to help resolve the issue.

Feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns you may have.

    Sincerely,

    Elimordec

Ok, to start of i cannot really understand wtf blizzard is telling me. Everytime i log on my account on the WoW website, i get this message:

This account has been temporarily disabled and is currently unable to access World of Warcraft.
An email has been sent to the registered address on the account with the reason for this temporary closure. If you would like to appeal this decision or did not receive the message please contact our Account Administration team at [email protected] from your registered email address.

I have sent a email to that and haven't received a response yet. What else can i do to get my account back?

Basically what they are telling you is that there are fluctuations of your IP and someone elses IP address accessing the account. They ban the account to prevent damage occurring to the account from anyone who may be attempting to take it from you. Pretty much, all you have to do is fill this out: http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/othe...t-Recovery.pdf

Once the Recovery form is filled out completely, email the completed form and photocopy of ID as attachments to [email protected]. Digital submissions are accepted in the following formats: GIF, JPG, PNG, PDF, or TIF. The total submission size must remain under 3 MB to be processed.

Or you could fax it to one of these numbers: (949) 725-7972 or (949) 725-6341.

Last time I got e-mails like that, I told Blizzard about my situation and here's the e-mail they gave me.

    Greetings,

An investigation of the World of Warcraft account ***** has produced evidence that the account has been accessed by someone not authorized to do so by the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (WoW -> Legal -> Terms of Use).

Please keep this email until the account recovery process has been completed.

The account has been disabled to provide you with an opportunity to secure and regain access to it. Any recurring subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges. However, we are unable to offer any type of reimbursement for time lost due to the recovery process.

    1. SECURING THE ACCOUNT

Account compromises are usually the result of the registered player sharing his or her login information or playing on a computer that has a virus.

Also, if your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party it is highly likely that this party has also accessed your registered e-mail address in the same manner, as e-mail confirmation is needed to reset a password or change the registered e-mail address.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep your login information confidential. Any account that is registered to your name may not be shared with anyone except for one minor of whom you are a parent or guardian. You are also responsible for every use of your login information, whether authorized or not.

As a reminder, Blizzard Entertainment representatives will never ask you for your password.

We encourage you to keep the following security tips in mind when playing World of Warcraft on any computer:

    - Use up-to-date Firewall, Antivirus, and Anti-Spyware programs if possible and scan the system regularly for malicious software.
    - Update your e-mail address and/or e-mail address password if you suspect unauthorized access to the account.
    - Keep current with the latest operating system and other software updates and be careful when downloading new software.
    - Be wary of "spoof" websites and e-mails that request account or personal information.
    - Use separate, unique passwords for your email, World of Warcraft and any other online accounts.
    - Change your passwords regularly and keep your World of Warcraft account information updated using the Account Management page at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/.

For additional security tips and information, please visit the following sites:

    - Account Security: Blizzard Support
    - Unauthorized Account Access Policy: Blizzard Support
    - World of Warcraft Account Security: Blizzard Support

Additionally, we now offer the Blizzard Authenticator, an optional device that can help prevent account security issues. For more information concerning eligibility and on how to add this additional layer of security to your account, please visit the Blizzard Authenticator FAQ at Blizzard Support.

    2. RECOVERING THE ACCOUNT

All instructions contained in the Account Recovery Form (http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/othe...t-Recovery.pdf

) must be followed to regain access to this account.

To save the form to your computer, right-click the link above and choose "Save Target As...". If this does not work, reply to this message and we will send the file as an email attachment.

If you are unable to view the file once it has been saved, the newest version of the free Adobe Reader can be downloaded at Adobe.

It is important to note that we are unable to assist any player in regaining access to an account not created in his or her own name.

    3. VERIFYING YOUR SUBMISSION WAS RECEIVED

We will contact you once your submission is processed. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours of sending your submission via fax, resend it and notify us by using this form: Blizzard Support. If you mailed the submission, please allow time for delivery.

Only the Account Administration department can address disputes or questions you may have about the account recovery process. To learn more about how we are able to assist you, please visit us at Blizzard Support.

    Poyule
