I will only say this once, SCAMMING / HACKING is in my oppinion wrong.
    Your basically stealing someones work.
Now flame or whatever you want, but that's what i think.

You might come here and say well they are stupid to fall for my trick/scam.
But well it's like giving candy to child they will allways fall for it, and besides if someone said that you could have a million for "dumb example" bringing them a glass of water, then ask yourself.. wouldnt you give him that glass of water?
As some dude in a post above me said, it's a matter of moral.

Sorry for my bad english btw
This forums is almost as addicting as chick's n beer! :beerbang:

    Ok.

Here's my game Laser Tag. The agreement says that if you play this game, you must not be living in a house. You must sign this agreement to play the game. If you sign the agreement and are living in a house, you broke the law, right? The police will then come to your house and arrest you a few days later.

Just because you sign something does not make it legally binding. The WoW ToU says you cannot exploit. Does that mean if you exploit, the police will arrest you?

Why do people think things like this?

Anyway, stealing is relative. Do you mean stealing as in how United States law defines stealing? Or stealing in a moral sense?

Yes, scamming WoW accounts is stealing "morally," no matter how you look at it. However, it is definitely not a crime.

Well firstly, whoever would fall for this is either 12yr old, a complete moron or both. However he will most likely know that he is one and be too embarassed to talk to other people about how he got scammed, not to talk about the police. And if in some case they do, the police would have more important stuff to do than tracking down a 30$ gamecard or a MMO game account stealer, most probably from another country.

But finding out wether stealing from another player is something you can live with is up to you.

Too most of the above any good scammer has no morals. But any yes its illegal but the odds of getting caught are slim to none. Now if you do phishing you could go to jail even if its candy land online game phisher depending on what state you live in or country.

tizm at live.se is the one you use.

Im sure you won't remember scamming our company (Mardana.net) for 180 US Dollar, from which we could recover 80 US Dollar.
Im also sure you are not aware that in Holland, (where our company is based) stealing of virtual goods is a serious crime, and that there have been many cases so far.
We feel we have given you enough time to return the sum of 100 US Dollar and

We have the official documents ready to file a complaint here at local officials for theft that will be handed in Jan. 21.

I hope this might teach you a lesson, maybe you thought we were a company based in China that could not do anything against you?
Maybe you will realise this is not being tolerated, and that these actions, no matter what people say on this forum are indeed, very, illegal.

for any comments you can (for a change) reply on either msn: arth554 at hotmail.com

    or email: admin at mardana.net

If you think you have learned a lesson and do not feel to go into legal battle, you may try very hard to apologize and refund us our lost money.

    Thank you.
