How to get attuned for BM?

I need to know how to go about getting attuned to get inside BM. I've heard that I have to do the Old Hillsbrad instance, which I believe is in Caverns of time, but do I just need to complete Old Hillsbrad or are there any quests involved? Thanks in advance!

you gotta do Thrall's event... check up thottbot for the name, cant remember it

you'll also have to finish the whole instance to finish the event

Just like dubetheking said, but before you can enter any instance in Caverns of Time you will need to do the walk around quest that you get down with the big dragon Then get a good group and go do Durneholde Keep and rescue Thrall. There you go, attuned to Black Morass.
