Hi there

My question is WHEN to use it?

I mean... There are times when I cast Icy Touch and Plague Strike and I heal for only 400.

But other times I cast just an Icy Touch and heal for 1.5 k...

I usually start spamming it just after i hit my 75% mark and have at least 2 diseases up ( as unholy) till it goes off ...it seems a though ya can get a crit heal (based on your crit) for each or all or none of your diseases on your target...as unholy iv had it go off for 800 or 6k....

isn't death strike the one that heals you for the amount of diseases on the target?
