Question, working around a WoW forums ban?

A year or so ago my account was compromised via keylogger, in that time frame my forum account was banned from the forums for "advertising". I sent a detailed letter explaining the situation and the reponse pretty much told me to shove it, further attempts will go unanswered.

I read the guides on this forum, nothing , I believe the cm didn't even read the 1 page email I wrote, but anyway

Is there anyway to bypass a forum account ban? Or am I up the creek without a hearthstone?
