GM Ticket Help

im a new to making a private server and i know this problem pops up a awfull lot and i can see others are having difficulty. I can't find a solution at all on here and i think i have just about read every single gm ticket question/answer on here. im running my own private 2.4.3 server and i have a GM account. when i look in my database i can see the tickets that have been raised but i cant seem to read them "ingame" i have tried using Ticket Tracker, My Master Addon, antrix gm addon and trying the manual way but still no luck. i have left the ticket channel as gm_sync_channel and i have joined it.

Please help as this is becoming rather annoying!!!!!

do i need to change something within my database?
