i don't know how to read tickets without a addon
i type /join gm_sync_channel
i type .gmticket get and see Player,some numbers
i tryed but nothing worked

dose anyone known a working 2.4.3 gm ticket addon ?

You do as you just did, and when you see a players name, for example you see Illuminati. You write like this

.gmt getid Illuminati

And now you will see what he wrote. Note that you must use a capital letter in the start of the name.

To delete the ticket, you write like this

.gmt delid Illuminati

.gmt is the same as .gmticket
