random roof stalker under org?

i was bored so decided to go under org for alittle and on my way out i saw this lol,



just a random roof stalker. ive seen these on top random buildings in valley of strength and their usually stealthed.

Proboley bugged form a ally pulling him down or he just is on a roof but it doesn't look like it form your point of view.

There are some stealthed elites on roofs in org, I noticed it when I created a horde character, and was roof jumping, they are there because there have been some alliance attacks on horde cities from roofs, and melee characters either not being able to get to them, or just out of range.
