Ok i recently got my account banned for exploiting the games economy...~_~ and its my final warning a 72hr ban blah blah blah!

now my questions is if i do paid character Xfers to a new account do i get a clean slate or does this shit like warnings and bans follow the characters as well?

It's account-only.

You will get a completely clean slate by transfering.

I can guarantee this, after much experience and working as a volunteer for World of Warcraft customer service.

You can transfer, or you can just not do anything dumb for 6 months.

Your account actions stay on the account forever; however, the strike count from any actions you have received resets after 6 months of not having any actions taken on your account.

Account strikes are divided up into major and minor strikes. The cap is 3 major, that's when you get a final warning (or just sometimes outright account closure, depending on the infraction that got you there.) For every 1 major strike, there are 6 minor strikes.

You must spend a LOT of time cussing or doing bad shit to have gotten that far, lol.
