Night Elf>Blood Elf problem

OK, so I tried changing NE's to BE's and everything on the female Blood Elves looks fine, but on the male models they have the Night Elf facial hair still. So I went back to the common.mpq file and found that the Blood Elves have no facial hair files or anything that I can rename a NE file. Anyone know where I can find the files like FacialUpper and Lower hair and ScalpUpper and Lower hair for the Blood Elves? Sorry if this has already been posted, I looked but couldn't find anything about it. Thanks in advance for the replies
