[Question] Spell Resets in PvP

OK so in arena all CC only lasts 10 seconds, and each time you do it they last shorter and shorter till the other person is immune right?
So I have two questions...How long is it before it goes from being immune to 10 seconds again; and is there an addon that would tell me this? It would really help because I have alot of CC going in my 5s team and itd help.
