Transferring accounts

I recently was banned twice for standing afk in ab/wsg but never was banned for being afk in av, the third ban i believe is a permanent one and was wondering if was to transfer the mage to my other account if it would clear the character of the bans so i could afk just in av and at least get the 250k honor i need.

I'm not sure if it would clear the character of ban, since blizzard see's if you transfer a character from one account to another...So they would probably just continue...
