A question about organized Alli pvp groups

It seems like every organized alli pvp group horde goez agianst the allis afk even if its only one flag that the horde cap and horde never do that so what im asking is there a exploit that allis use to get out of the bg without deserter and I alrdy thot that they q for more than one bg at a time but they afk out past 2 mins so itz not like they join another one.not to forget i doubt they have some1 q'ing them out so any thoughts about this?
