The Best Video Recording Program ?

Hey I'd like to make some pvp / world of warcraft in general movies and was wandering what program i should use . I want a good program with good resolution and stuff but i wouldn't like 30 seconds to be like 360 MB .
Anyway i'm just looking fora good one and i was wandering what should i use . Also is there a way to compress videos so they don't take that much space ? Splitting em just made 2 pieces of same size so didn't pretty much help me .

so ? fraps ? gamecam ? vegas (or is vegas only for editting ?) ? blazemp ?

I might start doing the same for arenas and pvpn and i think a lot of ppl use fraps but im gonna do some more research on it

i'd Probobly use gamecam, its realy nice. Thats just my opinion though.

I use Fraps to make my videos and its pretty good but it does make some huge files , they can always be compressed into smaller files though .

I use the latest version of Fraps to record my video (my computer is slow, so I do half resolution, no sounds).

Then once I am done recording I compress them using the freeware VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.org/) application. Oh man, virtual dub is so good. Oh... ooooh yeah...

XviD encoding format will bring your videos down by about 90% or more at the highest quality setting. If you’re uploading to youtube, you definitely want to use the quality setting because YT compresses the crap out of videos.

I would say Fraps yeah. And to compress the video file, I would use Video Edit Magic.

Go for fraps for better video turnouts
Go for gamecam for using smaller file sizes

alot of people have problems with running fraps, so use gamecam if you cant use fraps.

Hmm i'll think i'll go with fraps tho , but atm i ain't got the money to buy it , does anyone have a cracK ? or could upload the full program somewhere ? i'll throw some rep for the bother

whenever i run fraps and hit the video record key i lag like hell so i just use gamecam but the annoying thing about gamecam is the little box in the lower right hand corner

Go to thepiratebay.com and look up fraps in the search to get cracked.

yea the problem is i got a trial version of fraps before therefore cannot use the crack for fraps ((
