how long do bans usually last? can you be perma banned if its your first offense for lets say power leveling?

or if you get caught power leveling and had no offenses does it go 1 day ban, then 3 day,then permanent?

Bans are generally 24-72 hours or permanent (there may be some instances of different times). You can certainly get perma-banned without any warning (happens all the time to botters) and this can also happen if a powerleveling company was using a bot.
