A couple of thoughts! Need feedback from anyone who's had a ban...

Hey!

This is going to sound incredibly stupid but I'm going somewhere with it...

WoW Emu Hacker will port you to places you've already been on a live server, right?

Out of curiousity, to people who have had 72 hour or one week bans... Do you generally:

1) Log back in where you were when you were banned? (Ie. On the roof of Stormwind, etc.)

2) Retain items purchased.

I'm kinda thinking about going somewhere to buy an item (legitimately, as in paying the appropriate amount of earned currency) but using a hack to get there.

Example:

- Log into Champions' Hall on a level 1 human. Add it to my "port" locations.

- Port there with a Tauren who has the appropriate marks to buy a PvP tabard.

- Either buy the Alliance PvP tabard before the ban hits or logoff in the CH. (The vendors are neutral but the portal doesn't normally allow Horde in.)

- Assuming the ban is short duration (not perma), log back in and buy the tabard, assuming my character was left in place.

Alternatively, can anyone think of a way to adjust instance portal requirements?

Ie. Get into an instance without being the minimum level (for instance, to get a Scarlet Tabard for a 19 twink) or get into Hall of Legends/Champion's Hall without being the appropriate faction?

Just as a note, for WoW US, the bans go:

3 hour, 24 hour, 48 hour, 72 hour, and permanent. There are no week long bans.
