Why are people suspicious of Glovek? He's obviously legit.
He makes people open and close a dispute so they can't just take the money back after he gets it unbanned. Trust me, it happens more than you'd think.

Obviously? No, not obviously, and the chargeback/dispute policies lean more towards the fraud side than the legit side. When dealing with companies like this, it's important to take all things in consideration, and this specific policy reeks of fraud. That's not saying HE, specifically is fraudulent, but that reeks of fraud, and, as such makes people suspicious, and rightfully so.Why are people suspicious of Glovek? He's obviously legit.
Actually this isn't exactly an effective way to do this. While I understand that there are fraudsters out there, doing something like this (forcing a dispute to be opened/closed) is just as bad, and highly suspicious. He makes people open and close a dispute so they can't just take the money back after he gets it unbanned. Trust me, it happens more than you'd think.
As a service provider myself, I know it is unnecessary to force a user to open/close a dispute before providing service, to ensure money remains with me. Any time a customer opens a dispute (and I have had them do so incorrectly (pissed off customer, etc) for 3, $400), all I have done is one simple thing. Tell the paypal representative that it is a service that's being delivered.
Paypal's refund policy does NOT cover services. Once they're informed that a service (not a product) is being delivered, they WILL instantly close the case in your favor (instantly being within 24h).
On top of that, the OP's policy does not cover banks, so, theoretically, if someone paid via card (or some bank transfers), they can open a dispute with their bank.
The seller's policy simply raises suspicion. I'm not saying they're bad, or good, because I've never used them, but, based on this policy alone, I wouldn't.
Oh really? I've seen people get their money back after paying for services simply by filing an "unauthorized funds" dispute. Sure, they have to lie, but it still works.

That is a different story entirely. Common sense says there's nothing you can do about that one.
Typically, there are two ways you can handle things and try to get your funds back.
#1: claim you didn't make the purchase (ie: unauthorized)
#2: claim the service was never performed, or the product was never received.
#1 there is no protection from, whatsoever. Even opening and closing a dispute won't protect you from this one. All you have to do is start procedures at your bank, claim it was unauthorized, and you're going to win.
#2 is covered by the "services" statement.
You are right. Opening and closing a dispute doesn't even make you immune; just makes yourself a bit safer.
In other words, this whole argument is pointless. Glovek is not fraudulent or fishy at all. You registered on MMOwned just a few days ago, and you have 4 posts, so you really have no right to say anything. I personally trained Glovek, and he's been doing this service for a very long time. He has tons of positive feedback.
If this was on some random website with no feedback, sure, it'd be suspicious. But this is a 12-page thread, and there's been nothing but positive comments.
I'd never think that someone was suspicious just because they asked you to open and close a dispute, though. Plenty of legitimate dealers on Markee Dragon and other places require this.

Just because I just registered doesn't mean I have "no right to say anything" at all. If something smells fishy, or fraudulent, then chances are that it is, pretty simple there. You registered on MMOwned just a few days ago, and you have 4 posts, so you really have no right to say anything
As far as "training" and "vouching for XX user", that's all well and good, but that does NOT remove the doubt brought about because of this user's ridiculous (and borderline fraudulent) policies on disputes.
how old are you?
Wolfstream, I provide a legitimate service and have 12 pages of positive feedback to back me up. Not saying anything here, but you have only just joined the website, whereas I've been a trusted MMowned member for around 2 years now. I was trained by Verye and now I run this service for the MMowned community.
1) Being a CONTRIBUTOR on MMOwned required me to put lots of time and energy into contributing to the MMOwned community. Do you know what "Reputation" means? It means I spent hundreds of hours proving myself as a trusted member of the MMowned community.
2) I secure my money in whatever way possible. If you are not interested in my service then DON'T DO IT! If you feel like you can do a better job, use Verye's guide and solve it yourself, but otherwise I've handled hundreds of unban cases, with many successfully given back to the account owners. You do not have to slander my business with lies.
Let me post some of my feedback for you (this is feedback up to page 5 ONLY...I could just keep going, but I decided not to):
My experience with Glovek's service was a very pleasant one indeed! He was extremely courteous and helpful and did not rush me when I had to supply him with information. The e-mail he crafted for me was brilliantly done, and I surely hope this will fool Blizzard

Hi there.
I’ve just concluded a case with glovek.
The result was the unbanning of my account after almost 6 months.
His letter to blizz sure did the trick.
Glovek, already told you that but saying thanks again is never a bad thing.
You helped in a place where hope was already lost for me and I greatly appreciate it.
I’ll be sure to send you other people that I know with my recommendation.
Keep up the good work!
and ofc, +rep.
