It is not really my business, but for the guys that have complaints about Glovek77 you can try to contact him again and if he does not respond you have the right to report him to a super moderator or administrator.
It is up to you guys what you guys decide, it is working it out with him or reporting him, that simple. Mind if you do report him you need screens of the transaction of the payment, proof that shows that you have contacted and he also have contacted you, link of the thread where it happens etc, just basically "proof" that is convincing.
From all the responses I read from various persons I am also having my doubts on this case. I can understand if he is busy. But come on it has been 3 months now and of course I, and other people, are getting irritated by the fact that it is taking so long. Ironically, the deal about the payment was in ~1 hour, while the service itself is taking months.
And by the way, for the people that do not know, Glovek77 is trying to stop his service and hand it over to someone else. Maybe that can also be the reason for the delay because he have yet to find someone that pay for his knowledge and take the business over from him.
