In a couple of days i will get a faster internet connection and start a new wow account But there are too many servers and i dont know which server to join so i ask you guys.
1.Which server should i join?

Well personally i thought BLackHand was the best i've ever been in. As soon as I went there, there was a great community, a guild that accepted a newb like me 5 seconds into it. So looks like they've got the "Community, and the balls" to make a good Alliance Character. You could go for it if you want, Enjoy.

i didnt get the dsl yet T_T.
Over here they dont have cable i live in riyadh, Saudia Arabia so its limited and for a 1mb connection on dsl it like $2000-3000 a year yea no joke.
AND THE F*CKING WII IS $612. I WAS ABOUT KICK THE MANAGERS A** WHEN HE TOLD ME ThE PRICE. And that place is the only play that has the wii T_T. I know i talk alot....
