No, this isn;t a Fake weapon. Fake weapons are "Unofficial" and "Unsafe" Components in Game Play, meaning you wouldn;t be able to ever Link it, so this is real.
2nd of all, It has a cool name, which only Blizzard can think of that name, not some sort of scronney teengaer ever could.

Can you say... PRIVATE EMULATED SERVER... I would have expected more from someone at this site who has access to so much information regarding emulated servers...

Any emulated server user is probably using a REPACK including some extra items, or perhaps made some themselves.

The fact that this looks SO fake is that we are unable to see the user chat with anyone else [which clearly isn't a privacy issue as he has provided his name], and to be honest I don't buy the fact that it's on a Live Server.
