Actually works in our favor for once.

If you have 2 Pieces of your Assassination set that gives you +Haste when you Cheap Shot or Kidney Shot then this is for you.

If you happen to miss or parry on one of these while fighting a mob it still gives you the +Haste buff.

Now only if I could find something actually useful :/
