What that GM said is 100% perfect English. Not one mistake. "Your account will be actioned."

Unless you are unfamiliar with the term "action" in such a context, an "account action" refers to an account punishment. Most likely, you would've gotten a warning or a 3 hour suspension; possibly a 24 hour suspension.

Your account will be actioned. Your account will be punished. Your account will be suspended.
They all mean the same thing.

Hell, he said "get off of the roof". "Get off the roof" as opposed to "get off of the roof" is technically correct, but "get off of the roof" would be the very best way to say it.
