on mmo champion, its stated on the front page these screens are NOT UP TO DATE FROM ALPHA. THEY ARE TAKEN FROM BLIZZCON......

Exactly this.

Alpha screenshots will be a lot more clear and crisp. ( just as crisp as burning crusade screenshots are now.) People play the alpha from their house and have all the privacy in the world to take the images. Some just choose to obey the terms of agreement that blizzard put forward before the Alpha started.

The people playing the Alpha are friends , family, and of course employees. Very few are willing to take the risk of losing their job so that we can have a few extra early screenshots.
