[Request] Registered Last Name Change?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a possible way to change the registered last name on a World of Warcraft account. Would Blizzard allow me to change the registered last name on the account if I told them it was a family members account such as step parents, step brother or something as long as I provided a registered photo ID? I am trying to change the registered last name, so I can transfer the character to my account.

Might be possible if you have an ID card with the last name of the account you want to change the name on.

WoW US (American accounts) requires that you mail or fax in legal ID and proof of legal name change or marriage.

I am not sure about WoW EU (European accounts).
