can somebody link me a site with a NICE and FREE video game recording program?
need something without lag when you watch the movie.

don't know the official sites so just go google and search for gamecam and fraps. and if you look in the bots section of the forum you will find a cracked version of fraps. and all recording software will lag if your comp isn't up for running game + recorder.

Well how can i record WITH syncronization but without lag?

I don't know what you mean about setting your computer up, else than maybe running wow in a little lower resolution etc.
