    Mod to see npc speak?

    I have seen a few screenshots here and there of people having like what the murlocs say or what the dragonkin say from draconic and so on and so forth in common...I was just wondering...what mod is it that shows this? If someone could PM me or post some sorta guide about how to use it or what not I would be greatful. Seems like there are a few funny easter eggs in these other languages that we just cant see.
